3. Products and Print-on-Demand Service
The Sassy Goose (Pty) Ltd offers custom and print-on-demand products, including but not limited to apparel, mugs, prints, stationery, and accessories.
Each product is made to order, based on customer specifications. Please note that minor variations in colour, print placement, and size may occur due to the custom production process.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment is required in full at the time of order via the payment methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, or availability at any time without notice.
5. Order Processing and Production Time
All orders are processed once full payment has been received.
We aim to process and ship all orders by the next working day, to the best of our ability. As each product is made-to-order, production and fulfilment times may vary slightly depending on the item type and current order volume. Should any delay occur, we’ll notify you promptly and keep you updated on your order’s progress.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout South Africa.
6.2 Delivery Times
Domestic Orders: Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Free or promotional shipping may apply when advertised.
6.4 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date on sales@thesassygoose.co.za. We will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include:
A clear photo of the damaged/defective product
Your order number and contact details
Once verified, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
A replacement of the item, or
A full or partial refund (depending on the issue).
Please note that normal wear and tear, slight colour variations, or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I don’t like the design”) are not considered defects.

Because all products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
8.1 Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong product or size, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a replacement.
8.2 Customer Errors
We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect order details (e.g., wrong size, colour, or design selected by the customer). Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
